- Courier Recruitment Team (CRT) makes pre-qualification call and proceeds or rejects
- Proceed:
- Email & text link to courier to full application form (3 days to complete, failure results in auto decline)
- Moves to application stage

| Enrolment/Application |
- Couriers completes online application form
- Vehicle registration look up, returns vehicle details
- Complete online inspection and submit photos for 3 month vehicle inspection
- 1 form captures all documents/images required
- Form can be saved mid-way through
- CRT responsible for chasing couriers to complete
- Auto text/emails also sent to couriers at 1 day and 2 days
- If not complete within 3 days then application auto declined
- Once complete moves to pre-check stage
- Record date and time of submission

- CRT complete visual check of documents to confirm picture quality & compliance. Once confirmation of passport is checked application moves on to the auto check stage

| Auto Check |
- Totally automatic, no-one touches this stage
- Checks completed via third parties in the following order:
- Duplicate NI
- Insurance
- DL (may offer top up considering this & Insurance details)
- Credit check
- MOT
- Bank Account Check
- Failures fall into compliance stage
- Success move to fleet stage

- Any failed checks from auto to be dealt with
- CRT to resolve
- Either rejected or corrected and auto checks continue

| Fleet |
- Courier Compliance Team (CCT) complete final check. Any issues with profile/documentation the application is rejected and moved back to the compliance stage. CRT contact applicant to resolve
- Proceed to meeting stage

- Final document check
- CRT issue call sign
- Auto Email to courier to download Courier App (V4)

- Courier completes training, any attributes added by Courier Compliance
- Courier is on circuit - all details synced to CityTrak Ops
- Email to courier and Service Centre to confirm details
