iFleet API

IFleet manages the Couriers and Vehicles CitySprint is mandated to manage for compliance, safety and insurance requirements. It provides a centralised knowledge base of all courier resources available for job allocation.

iFleet provides the workflow for self-service recruitment of couriers and onboarding

 iFleet scheduler (already used by some Webx customers) which enables couriers to record their availability for work. Each days availability may be split - whole day, morning, afternoon, evening/out of hours

• Sends prompts to couriers to encourage them to complete their availability for the following week (perhaps if they have not advised their availability by ??:?? on a Sunday a notification reminder is sent to prompt them to complete their availability)

• The availability of summary reporting by defined timescales, detailing as a minimum: Summary of couriers availability at a ServiceCentre, including job count (revenue?) during their availability
